By adding a full brick fireplace to this new screened in porch we created a true additional living space for a young family. Creating a rhythm out of a myriad of design elements like windows, trusses and overall layout was a fun challenge that resulted in a dynamic yet soothing space. Layers of adjustable lighting allow bustling or intimate nighttime activity. We love imagining our clients dining, playing or relaxing by the fire on chilly evenings and sipping a cool beverage in the shade under a fan in the heat of the summer.
